You just have to love how the Democrat Party Media has framed the false narrative concerning Biden’s Supreme Court Packing scheme. The praetorian guard media has reported that Biden’s EO forming a 36 person commission to study and make recommendations on “Court reform.” This could not be further from the truth. This “reform” commission is about adding seats to the Supreme Court so the Democrats can gain a liberal majority on the court. This is called Court Packing. President Roosevelt tried this. Although he failed to add seats to the court due to push back by his own Democrat Party, he did succeed in intimidating the court after they struck down some of his New Deal legislation.

You can bet that this 36 person commission will be loaded up with Democrats. Two Democrats have already been appointed to lead this commission. Yale Law School Professor Cristina Rodriguez and New York Law School Professor Robert Bauer. Rodriguez served In the Obama Administration as an assistant deputy attorney general. Bauer is a former White House Council for Obama. He was also council for the Biden Presidential Campaign. Bauer is married to Biden Senior Advisor Anita Dunn.

As you can see the direction of this panel is far left right from the beginning. The panel also includes prominent liberals including Caroline Fredrickson, former president of the American Constitution Society; Laurence Tribe, a retired professor at Harvard Law School and total liberal kook; and Sherrilyn Ifill, president of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund. There are some conservatives on the panel including Jack Goldsmith, a Harvard Law School professor and former top official in George W. Bush’s Justice Department; Keith Whittington, a professor at Princeton University; and Adam White, a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. There will only be a few conservative on this panel.

Say Biden does add 4 seats to SCOTUS. He packs it with 4 liberal justices. What do you think will happen when Republicans take over the Congress and the White House one day? They will expand the court 4 more seats. That makes 17 seats. When will it end? Eventually there will be an infinite number of Supreme Court Justices.
