King Samir Shabazz whose real name is Maruse Heath. He is the head of New Black Panther Party in Philadelphia, PA. This is the same person who got away with Voter Intimidation at a Philadelphia Polling place in 2008. He has a tattoo on his face that says “KILL WHITEY”.
